Mounifa was so friendly and professional and charged a fair price to pick up our Blazer in Jasper, Alabama and deliver it to us here in Charleston. She and Moe both kept us updated on the progress. I cannot believe how smoothly our huge box truck transporting went ..short notice to her..went through 2 states,got pick up and delivery done the EXACT dates, times and locations she said driver would be there-AND the vehicle had a tires situation,which in most cases,they would’ve taken advantage of that,and changed price,dates,etc. not Mounifa,it wasn’t a big deal-she just kept me posted on what was happening and directed the driver what to do.....Mounifa gave us a fair price,she gave us options,stayed in constant contact and communication with us the entire time..she made sure everything was done correctly and did it ALL with kindness and honesty ... my only worry was, why?? was I not worried-It’s unfortunate that dealings in business sometimes puts you in a negative frame of mind…because of our experiences justly—having dealt with Mounifa and her business..it restored my trust.Sincerely,a Mama of 3 and a business owner-

Highly recommend this transport service. Mounifa took our nightmare situation and resolved it quickly and saved us over $1000. Moving from Chicago to Charleston, our F350 died in NC, 300 miles short of our destination. Local towing companies wanted nearly $2000 to tow the truck to Charleston. Mounifa and M and M to the rescue and our baby is home secured. Satisfaction was Mounifa only concern and she exceeded our expectations.

I was recently involved in the transporting three vehicles between FL-NC and VA. Fortunately M and M Towing and Transport LLC was contracted to complete the process. I can't say enough, what a positive experience this was. After meeting the first delivered vehicle in NC, I couldn't have been more at ease with the transportation of the two additional vehicles. First Mounifa was extremely positive, had a can do attitude and was a pleasure to work with. When Moe arrived with the first vehicle, I inspected his equipment which was outstanding. It was obvious his equipment was well maintained and the vehicles were properly loaded. He was extremely professional and took pride in his responsibilities.After the first vehicle was delivered and coordinating the delivery and pick-up of the two additional vehicles with Mounifa, the process couldn't have been easier. Both vehicles were processed as planned in an extremely timely manner. Mounifa provided timely updates throughout the entire process.Again, I can't emphasize enough what a positive experience it was working with M and M Towing and Transport LLC.I will definitely use M and M Towing and Transport LLC in the future.Thank you for outstanding and great customer service.

Mounifa is the BEST!!!!I had to ship a car from Charleston SC to Houston TX she told me a price & it stayed the same did not change like other companies do last minute my car got to Houston sooner then she even told me… I’m so thankful for heri will definitely been reaching out to her wen i have to ship a 🚗.

If I could give M&M towing and transport 10 stars I would! This business is truly incredible for so many reasons! When it comes to transporting a new car it is very nerve racking and with M&M there were no worries!!! They both communicated with me every step of the way and made sure I felt 100% comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. They were incredibly FAST!!!! I received my car in 1 day! (The same day it was picked up I received it!). Also- when it was received it was shiny, clean and had a full tank of gas.We truly can’t thank them enough for such wonderful service and would recommend them to anyone needing transport or towing services!!! I wish every business was run by such friendly people!!!
